Can’t run any exchange based commands with ExoV2

I just installed and am testing the new “modern auth” exchange client, ExchangeOnlineManagement V2.

This is how I used to connect:

#log in connect-msolservice -credential $cred #Connect to exchange online $EolSession = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri "https://outlook.office365.com/powershell-liveid/" -Credential $cred -Authentication Basic -AllowRedirection Import-PSSession $EolSession -DisableNameChecking

But I have removed that due to the new method’s inability to pass creds, to the following.

#log in connect-exchangeonline

However now, when i try to run any command, it comes up and says that its not a valid command. So I doubt its actually connecting to exchange.

I tried adding the PSSession without the -credential or -auth basic, but it attempts to use kerberos and fails.

How can I use the new “non basic auth” module to actually connect to exchange?
