Teams Screen Sharing Issue
We have a client that has been using Microsoft Teams (free version) since the start of the pandemic. Within the last few weeks they have lost the ability to screen share. When they start a screen share, all they get is a blank screen. From time to time they can start a screen share and then the other person can share their screen back and it will work, but even that only works sometimes.
Has anyone experienced this? Any advice? Being that they are on the free version there is obviously no support from Microsoft, so I wanted to see if there is anything that could be done before telling them they need to upgrade to the paid version so they have support from Microsoft.
